Jeremy is a 2nd generation member of the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries with over 21 years experience. Jeremy grew up in an expat community in Secunda, South Africa where his father Jim Ball worked on the construction of Sasol 2 & 3 for Fluor. This total immersion meant Jeremy was exposed to the industry at a very young age and it was no surprise when he too entered the industry after leaving school.

His upbringing has given him a unique understanding of the industry and allowed him to amass a huge amount of invaluable experience. During his time working as a procurement specialist with some of the major Operators and EPC contractors such as ExxonMobil, Shell, ENI, British Gas, Lukoil, Fluor, Daewoo and Petrofac, Jeremy worked on projects in many countries including Africa, Europe and Asia.

Jeremy's friendly and approachable personality has seen him become a well respected member of the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical community. Being held in high regard by his peers for his integrity, along with his reputation as a problem solver has meant that he is always in high demand.

With a keen willingness to learn and grow, Jeremy undertook training in the fields of finance, property, health, business and internet marketing. It is this additional exposure and the combination of skills he has amassed which Jeremy has used to create the idea for MasterVendorList.com.

Penny Pettman

Penny is both determined and insightful. Her excellent business acumen was gained from her 12 years working for the telecommunications company, Cable & Wireless as a Client Relationship Manager.

Penny is passionate about empowering people. Alongside directing our business strategy, Penny is a successful life coach trained and certified in NLP, TFT, Hypnotherapy (etc.), dedicated to empowering people to take charge of their lives and follow their passions.

Penny's strong business background and outstanding ability to connect with people makes her an invaluable member of the team. Penny is constantly driving the success of MasterVendorList forward, yet never loses sight of the human aspect. John Errington

Technical Director & Back End Applications

John is the elder statesman in the Team. Like Jeremy, John grew up in South Africa and after leaving school he served his 2 year military service in the South African Army. John's background is both colourful and vast.

John's background is within the IT industry where he currently operates as an IT consultant however his entrepreneurial mindset has seen him involved in a number of business ventures along the way. The combined experience in these two areas have proved invaluable in the development of MasterVendorList.com.
